Small firm. Sharp focus.

About ComplEat Analytics

ComplEat Analytics is a wife-and-husband advisory firm. We’ve stayed intentionally small so our clients get direct access to our thinking and support. We occasionally bring on additional subject matter experts to support a project, but you always work directly with Allison and Michael.

Allison

Allison leads commercial and strategic advisory. She's built new business functions from scratch inside major agribusinesses and startups, including the pilot criteria, validation frameworks, and go/no-go judgment behind a large, multi-year innovation pipeline. She has also been the one to tell a board when to walk away from a market, not just when to enter one. She's built the traceability and sustainability sourcing strategies that hold up with regulators and buyers, has negotiated with the U.S. Trade Representative, and has presented to CARB and the U.S. Treasury on agricultural policy. On the deal side, she has structured and closed agreements ranging from early proofs of concept to substantial, multi-year contracts with Fortune 100 counterparties.

Michael

Michael leads economic consulting and analysis. He holds a B.S. and M.S. in Applied and Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M, with advanced training in IMPLAN software. His background spans agricultural economics research, trade association work, and hands-on experience inside the protein industry, giving him a working knowledge of one of agriculture's most complex, highest-stakes commodities. That depth is what he brings to every study, whether the client is in grains, cotton, poultry, specialty crops, or renewable fuels. He calibrates every study to how each sector actually moves money through the economy, not generic assumptions.

We're based in Northwest Arkansas, close to Walmart, Tyson, and major CPG company offices, which keeps us close to the buyers and conversations shaping where the industry is headed.
